GENERAL INFO
​
Weekly art groups meet once a week.
Groups are NOT separated based on talent or skill level. They are strictly separated by grade level to allow for appropriate socialization. We will accommodate skill levels in each group by providing adaptations & extensions when needed. Even if your child is gifted in the visual arts, it is out of respect for the older artist to keep them with their peers. All groups are drop off style, with the exception of Parent and Me Groups.

Artists may register for more than one art group a week. Each group is different. Kids will not repeat lessons if they choose multiple days a week to attend.
There are no make-ups offered for weekly art groups. Please see the below policy for missed weeks.

You may join an art group mid-session if there is an open seat. We will prorate your start date pricing.
​
If you register for a group/workshop and are a "no show" for the first day (not including a planned or sick absent week one) you will be billed for your spot. We are a small business with limited seats. Taking up spots and not showing really affects us. Please be courteous.
​
Make sure to re-register for the next session if you would like to keep your seat. We cannot hold seats for previous artists once the registration opens for the next session.

Due to a new fee imposed by our registration processor to be passed to client's as a "ticket service fee" (in addition to regular credit card fees & monthly
program fee paid by studio) we have decided to process all credit card payments through our studio register cc processor.
The fee WILL show in check out until the last page.
Select OFF LINE payment and it will remove itself.

EVERYONE SELECT OFF LINE PAYMENT: IF NOT you will be billed a ticket service fee from registration program. We CANNOT issue refund for it.​

MISSED ART POLICY
All art group projects are created based on the collaborated interests of each individual group and the artist instructor. Each group will be working on different projects, or different steps of projects. Therefore, "make ups" are unfortunately not offered due to keeping the groups consistent and organized for both the artists and the instructors.
There are no refunds for missed workshops.
If starting the session late, we will prorate your cost for the number of lessons missed prior to registration.
There must be an opening to join the group.
REGISTRATION & NO SHOW
If you register for a group/workshop and are a "no show" for a workshop you will be billed for your spot. We are a small business with limited seats. Taking up spots and not showing really affects us. Please be courteous. We also assign our artist instructors & groups based on the number of registrants.
WEATHER
Art & Soul may have to close DUE TO INCLEMENT WEATHER. If we need to close, we will announce at least 1 hour before the first scheduled art group of the AM & PM if we are closing.
We will make a separate decision for AM & PM art groups.
We will post to social media, the top of our webpage & we will send out a text message alert.

NO NEWS MEAN WE ARE OPEN
There will be no refunds for 1 weather cancelation per group per session. If a particular group misses more than one lesson in one session we will make a plan for a refund, credit, or make up time:)
